A&G has a philosophy that stems back decades yet there is nothing out dated about this modern and forward thinking, London based, independent record label.
Similar to the independent powerhouses of the seventies such as Chrysalis and Island, A&G has an integrity to its work. It's the staff's passion for music, creativity and desire to expose and help develop genuine talent that drives the label forward.
Like the city the label is based in, the music industry is ever changing and although A&G is a relatively small organisation compared to it's surrounding metropolis, each member of the A&G team is fully dedicated to making the label and the artists on the roster the most successful as possible, be it via creative ideas, dynamic methods or sheer persistence.
Despite all these great qualities A&G's greatest attribute is its ability to focus, adapt and respond to the challenges that music faces within this unprecedented time of it's history.
As such, within its company structure A&G has an active publishing arm A&G Songs and it's own synchronisation company A&G Sync, specifically focused on providing an ever-growing roster for use in film, television and advertising.
With worldwide commercial releases A&G has evolved from the small production outfit it once was 5 years ago to a multi faceted music organisation constantly looking to improve on it's position within a highly competitive field while fully supporting the artists upon it's diverse roster.
